Access and Accounts
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Keep credentials secure.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent to create an account and enroll in courses. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to require identity verification or additional information where appropriate for security or compliance.
Payments and Refunds
Prices are shown before taxes. Refunds may be offered within a reasonable period when no significant portion of the course was consumed.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees. All amounts are in the currency indicated at checkout.
Unless required by law, all purchases are final once you have accessed a substantial portion of the content or downloaded included materials. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details; eligibility will be assessed based on access logs and course progress.
Promotional pricing and coupons are time-limited and may be subject to additional terms. We may change prices at any time; such changes do not affect completed purchases.
Intellectual Property
Course content is licensed for individual learning; redistribution is prohibited.
All materials, including videos, text, assignments, downloadable templates, images, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Access is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not record, reproduce, share, resell, make derivative works, or publicly display course content without prior written permission. We may use technical measures to protect our content and enforce our rights.
User Conduct
Be respectful, lawful, and safety-minded in discussions and submissions.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. Do not interfere with service operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload malware.
We may moderate or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or community guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.
Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or employment. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Some content may include third-party tools or references. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party resources and disclaim all liability arising from their use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amounts paid by you to us for the course giving rise to the claim in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction indicated on your purchase receipt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer laws provide otherwise.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
